Wellness Intern

Jennifer is a first-generation Salvadorian-American born and raised in Montgomery County, MD. Jennifer is the first in her family to graduate from a university and pursue a master’s. Jennifer went to Montgomery College and got her Associates of Arts in General Studies in STEM. Jennifer then transferred to the University of Maryland where she earned her Bachelor’s in Family Science. Upon graduating, Jennifer worked as a community school coordinator where she provided programs for students and their families. Shortly after, she transitioned to a case manager position where she worked with parents of MCPS schools. Jennifer is pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Social Work. She joins Collegiate Directions, Inc. as an intern in the Wellness Program for the 2023-2024 academic year.
