Dr. Brian Cesario
Dr. Brian Cesario is a research scientist with over 20 years of experience as an applied researcher. He holds a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology and is currently an associate professor of psychology at Iona University in New Rochelle, New York. He has held an array of scientific leadership roles in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He is versed in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and is adept at conveying complex statistical and research findings and concepts to an array of non-scientific audiences. Using a human-centered approach to research design, he bridges traditional research and evaluation techniques with more contemporary agile methodologies to design rigorous empirical studies that yield critical insights. Dr. Cesario is a member in good standing of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science, the Eastern Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
